SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities

  • process customer order (All online platforms)
  • inspect and update product information across all online platform
  • handle customer queries and comments
  • Edit product image
  • Assist with administrative work
  • Planning and scheduling of social media content
  • Monitor the company's social media presence
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company marketing materials, social media and similar platform
  • Creating or recommending certain media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the company's brand recognition, and maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Any related Diploma or Higher Qualification
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Lazada, TikTok) and their listing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using product listing tools and software.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling product descriptions and titles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, warehouse, and customer support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
