Key Objective
Responsible for overall Consumer Lines Financial management including:
- Budgeting lead for annual and 5 year strategic plan
- Monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting
- Production, Expense and acquisition cost variance analysis
- Monthly report management and coordination
- Production Metrics monitoring, reporting, and narrative
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Works closely with IPL and A&H Heads and Product Line Managers, CFO and Finance team. Other interactions would include Regional IPL and A&H Heads, PLM & DFO.
- Develop structure and reports to proactively and effectively manage Local and Regional Financial Management requirements.
- Interface with Finance and Business units with regards to financial reporting
- Design and build financial templates required for business reporting.
- Provide advice and guidance to business unit team to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered within timelines.
- Makes recommendations to local IPL and A&H Management on areas of improvements

- To ensure compliant with both external regulators’ as well as the internal policies, Code of Conduct
- Any other duties as assigned
