A Beauty Clinic in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Examine the product and the retail supply
  • Manage purchases and stock reports
  • Ability to organize product
  • Assist with various administrative and personal tasks when needed
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments
  • Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail with the clients
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Someone reliable and trustworthy
  • Professionally groomed
