A Beauty Clinic in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Examine the product and the retail supply
- Manage purchases and stock reports
- Ability to organize product
- Assist with various administrative and personal tasks when needed
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments
- Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail with the clients
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
- Someone reliable and trustworthy
